Yet another doctor's appointment today where we had an ultrasound and found out that BGC is in the 82% for growth (which translates to 8 lbs 10 oz, oh joy), but is otherwise normal/healthy. In
short, my kid is an eater that lounges around and is late for everything.... yep, sounds like mine. They also scheduled us for an induction Monday night, which means by Tuesday evening we should
have an actual baby in our arms and my stomach will be less bouncy. My excitement at this news looks kind of like this -- EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!! Now ideally, she'll come on her own, but still.
The end is in sight my friends and it is lovely.

I have officially reached the point of the sad exhaustion. You know the stage where you start crying because all you want is to sleep and you just can't? I'm whiny and mopey and all-around an
unpleasant person to be near. On the lighter side, I have posted a warning on my door about flying staplers. Every man at my job is entitled to one joking comment, after that *BAM*. Humorously
enough, no one's stopped by all morning... :)Ready for the baby now, k thanks!

I know I have stuff to do today, but for the life of me I can't think of a damn thing. Pregnancy brain has overtaken me. I had my first internal exam yesterday (36 weeks) and afterwards I came to
the conclusion that labor is going to kick my ass. I had all these thoughts about natural birth and trying to make of go of that. Well, let me tell you... SCREW THAT. I'm asking for the epidural
straight off. Pain and I are not so much with the friends. I would post something in non-pregnancy news but I've noticed that there really isn't such a thing anymore. At some point everything
becomes p-related. *sigh* Have a nice day and wherever you are, I hope there's snow!

I have made precisely three resolutions this year: 1. Don't bite my nails (same resolution since I was 7).2. Have more patience - with myself, with The Boy, with life in general.3. Cut myself some
slack on the "interacting with people" concept. Just because someone was my best friend for x amount of years doesn't mean they will also be so. If I haven't talked to person y in ages and feel
guilty about it, it stands to reason that person y could have called me too. Ergo, I'm trying to cultivate a lack of unnecessary guilt. But mainly I'm focusing on the Year of Patience. We'll see
how that goes...
